ABOUT US
My name is Kaylea Welch. I began doing bridal makeup right out of high school in 2018, and what started as a weekend job quickly grew into a true passion for beauty and skincare. In 2023, I graduated from esthetician school and turned that passion into a full-time career. I’ve been proudly working at Urban Salon & Spa in downtown Murphy since 2024. I have a true love for facials and the intimate, one-on-one connection they allow me to have with my clients while helping them feel confident in their skin. I’m also passionate about brows and believe they play a key role in framing and defining the face. Bridal makeup will always have a special place in my heart, where my journey first began. I can’t wait to have you in my treatment room soon!
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a client cancels within 48 hours a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. LATE POLICY: If a client runs late, I allow up to 15 minutes past the start time of the appointment for the client to show up. After 15 minutes, the client is considered a no-show and will be charged a 50% no-show fee. Please call or text if you are going to be late. CARD POLICY: A card must be on file for all new clients. REFUNDS POLICY: No refunds will be given but minor adjustments can be made if brought to the attention of Kaylea/KW Beauty within 5 days from the service within reason. I understand life & emergencies happen & I will do my best to work with you, but please understand this is my passion & how I make my living. Thank you!
